Description At SprenPlan, we design the structures and hydraulic systems that shape buildings and infrastructure across Portugal and abroad. We are growing and wish to strengthen our team with Civil Engineers who share our passion for high-quality engineering. **We are recruiting for two areas:** Structural Design and Hydraulic Design. **Your responsibilities:** Develop projects from preliminary studies through to execution as part of a multidisciplinary team; work with BIM tools and industry-leading technical software; supervise construction sites and serve as the technical liaison with clients; participate in national and international projects of varying complexity. Desired Profile What we seek: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, with or without experience—we value candidates already established in this field, but we also welcome early-career professionals eager to learn. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools (Revit, Tekla or equivalents), expertise in calculation software relevant to your specialty, good written and spoken English (additional languages are an asset), and above all, a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
