Values teamwork, responsibility, and organization We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to join our team at a restaurant in Maia. **Responsibilities:** Meal preparation and cooking; Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and other equipment; Performing tasks in accordance with Food Hygiene and Safety and Occupational Health and Safety regulations; Supporting the kitchen team. **Requirements:** Portuguese language proficiency (intermediate level) Specific experience in Portuguese cuisine Sensitivity to cost and waste management; Strong knowledge of HACCP; Enjoys teamwork; Responsible, punctual, and regular in attendance; Good organizational and cleaning skills; Polite, dynamic, and proactive.
