Works with Sifarma and community pharmacy processes. **About the Team** As a **Sifarma Consultant**, you will join our Consulting \& Pharma Services team, where we confidently tackle pharmaceutical sector challenges with the support of our pharmacy management consulting services. With over 30 years of pharmaceutical sector expertise, we provide the right prescription to optimize operations, financial management, and strategic planning—thereby achieving sustainable growth. **About the Role** * Assessing client needs for improvement; * Developing and implementing action plans; * Delivering Sifarma training sessions for colleagues and clients. **What Skills Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Community Pharmacy, with Sifarma knowledge; * Knowledge of community pharmacy processes, customer service, stock management, invoicing, ordering, and system configuration; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Strong customer and results orientation; * Willingness to travel; * Good organizational skills and ability to define priorities. **Who Are We?** We are Glintt Global, a leading consulting and technology services company in the Iberian Peninsula, with over 30 years of experience.
