Focus on innovation and new digital solutions (AI, automation, etc.) **Role:** Web Developer **Ideal Candidate Profile:** Technical, autonomous, and strong problem-solving skills **Role Description** We are looking for a developer with experience in website development—and preferably application development—to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining digital solutions for our clients, ensuring performance, scalability, and an excellent user experience. **Key Responsibilities** · Develop functional, responsive, and optimized websites (front\-end and/or full\-stack); · Design and implement custom features according to project requirements; · Participate in the development of applications (web and/or mobile), where applicable; · Integrate APIs and external systems (payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, etc.); · Ensure best practices in performance, security, and technical SEO; · Fix bugs and ensure continuous platform maintenance; · Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement solutions; · Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s technological processes and solutions. **Ideal Profile** · Degree in Computer Engineering, Programming, or related field (preferred); · Experience in web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript); · Knowledge of frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar); · Back\-end experience (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python or equivalent); · Database knowledge (SQL and/or NoSQL); · Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or others); · App development experience (Flutter, React Native or similar) is a plus but not mandatory; · Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability; · Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. **What We Value** · Practical experience (in companies, personal projects, or freelancing); · Ability to quickly learn new technologies; · Attention to detail and focus; · Interest in innovation and new digital solutions (AI, automation, etc.); · Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **What We Ask From You** · Updated CV; · Portfolio or examples of projects (GitHub, websites, apps, etc.); · Willingness to grow and evolve with us; · Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
