Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Civil Engineer to manage or supervise construction projects, collaborate with partners, and ensure the achievement of objectives in real estate projects. Integration into challenging projects The real estate development company \- CHAVE ÚNICA – requires a Civil Engineer (M/F) for its team with the following qualifications: Profile . Academic background in Civil Engineering . Up to 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision roles . Good command of English . Proactive, dynamic, versatile, and organized profile with strong focus on objective achievement . Proficiency in computer tools such as AutoCAD and Office . Valid registration with the respective Professional Association Responsibilities . Collaborate with external partners (designers, general contractors, public entities); . Monitor work performed by the general contractor; . Ability to develop business plans; . Ensure achievement of financial objectives defined in the business plan and set for each project; . Plan and guarantee quality of construction execution and property management in service; . Conduct market research and identify new opportunities in the real estate sector.
