Career development plan with real advancement opportunities Mais Óptica is recruiting an Optometrist / Orthoptist (M/F)! **Your responsibilities:** Reporting to the Store Manager, your mission will be to deliver excellence in visual health services while providing technical and personalized support to our customers: * Conduct vision examinations and other optometric procedures in the clinic; * Prescribe appropriate visual solutions based on customers' needs; * Support the sales process by offering personalized advice aligned with Commercial Department guidelines; * Contribute to achieving store and company objectives. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or Orthoptics; * Clinic experience (preferred); * Proficiency in using optical equipment and materials; * Solid knowledge of MS Office; * Experience with SAP (preferred); * Customer-oriented profile, team spirit, and strong desire to grow. **What we offer:** * Full-time employment contract; * Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience; * Continuous training and specialized mentoring; * Career development plan with real advancement opportunities; * Corporate benefits.
