We are looking for an **IT Services Manager**, whose mission will be to supervise the delivery of IT services, as well as manage human, financial, and technological resources to ensure these services are delivered effectively and efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver IT services aligned with the organization’s objectives and needs; * Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring agreed service levels are met and maintained. This may include managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests; * Coordinate with external vendors to ensure delivered services comply with the organization’s established standards and requirements; * Manage human, financial, and technological resources required to deliver IT services effectively and efficiently; * Identify opportunities for improvement in IT service delivery processes, procedures, and systems, and implement changes to increase efficiency and service quality; * Assess and mitigate information security risks and ensure compliance with applicable security standards and regulations; * Handle critical incidents and resolve issues quickly and effectively, minimizing business impact; * Lead and develop IT teams, providing necessary guidance and support to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction. **Requirements and Skills:** * Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management, demonstrating a solid knowledge foundation; * 3+ years of experience in IT project or service management, with a proven track record of success; * Proven experience in priority management and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively; * Proven experience in priority management and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively; * Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and services efficiently and within established deadlines; * Proactivity and commitment to drive initiatives and solve problems creatively; * PMP or Scrum Master certifications are valued. **Our Offer:** * Work-life balance; * 5 additional days of parental leave; * Employee Assistance Program (support in areas such as Psychology, Psychosocial, Legal, and Financial); * Hybrid work model; * Employee Stock Program; * Flexible benefits; * Health and life insurance; * Internal mobility program across geography, position, and function;
