Job Summary: The candidate will monitor and control supplier rebate processes, analyze supporting documentation and procurement data, and support cost and supplier performance analysis. Real opportunity for career progression **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Monitor and control **rebate** processes associated with suppliers. * Validate whether rebate amounts comply with negotiated commercial terms. * Analyze supporting documentation related to procurement, suppliers, and commercial agreements. * Support the Procurement team in analyzing data, procurement history, and consumption trends. * Prepare control dashboards, reports, and tracking files. * Verify discrepancies among contracted, invoiced, and recorded amounts. * Coordinate with Procurement, Accounting, and Management Control departments to ensure proper information validation. * Support cost, margin, discount, commercial term, and supplier performance analysis. * Ensure organization, updating, and reliability of administrative and financial information related to procurement. * Identify data inconsistencies and propose process control improvements. **Profile** ---------- * Academic background in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Administration, or a related field. * Prior experience in administrative, procurement, control, accounting, or financial analysis roles. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to read/analyze financial documents. * Analytical capability to work with procurement data, consumption history, and commercial terms. * Proficiency in Excel. * ERP knowledge—particularly SAP—is considered an advantage. * Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented profile. * Ability to validate information, identify deviations, and analyze discrepancies. * Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills. * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and critical thinking. * Interest in procurement, data analysis, and administrative-financial control. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible group currently implementing multiple growth projects. * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development. * Real opportunity for career progression, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies. * Competitive working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and access to a Pension Plan).
