Currently, we aim to strengthen our Technical Department team with a Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer. **Profile we seek:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Minimum 4 years’ experience in Process Engineering roles within an industrial environment; Proficiency in MS Office tools; Language skills (English required; Spanish preferred); Ability to analyze engineering drawings; Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement tools. **Main Responsibilities:** Analyze and verify the manufacturing of parts, their mechanical assemblies, and related structures; Support product certification processes (CE marking, product approval/certification); Review all technical documentation required for production; Develop/establish technical manufacturing specifications; Conduct in-line production testing; Support production and prototype development; Monitor production activities in collaboration with the Quality Department; Manage technical documentation; Create and maintain work models and instructions; Optimize production and related manufacturing processes; Implement process improvements; Perform time and motion studies; Conduct cell and assembly line balancing studies; Fulfill responsibilities defined in the Quality Management System work procedures and actively contribute to its continuous improvement; Propose improvements and corrections, aligning production requirements with workstation optimization to enhance human–machine integration; Actively contribute to continuous product improvement, cost reduction, and increased company productivity, always adhering to occupational health, safety, hygiene, and environmental protection standards.
