With views over the historic Praça Carlos Alberto, Matriarca celebrates Portuguese and British heritage, uniting tradition, sustainability, and gastronomic excellence in a meticulously designed environment. Responsibilities: Set tables and ensure space organization prior to service Maintain cleanliness and condition of materials and utensils Greet guests, take orders, and advise on menu and wine offerings Serve food and beverages, ensuring correct presentation and sequence Monitor guest experience and report dissatisfaction to the Head Waiter Process payments and issue receipts according to procedures Collaborate with the kitchen and Head Waiter Execute special events Profile: Completed secondary education (12th grade) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Previous experience in kitchen service, restaurant, and bar Knowledge in food and beverage service Strong understanding of HACCP Good command of English Knowledge of oenology Basic computer literacy User-level proficiency in hotel management software Professional appearance Strong communication skills Organizational and execution capabilities Teamwork aptitude Offer: Part-Time employment Flexible working arrangements Additional vacation days Various benefits and perks Partnerships and discounts on our products Opportunities for internal mobility and professional advancement **Requirements** :
