Job Summary: PROF is recruiting a Sales Assistant / Salesperson to provide personalized customer service and support in operational tasks and commercial space organization. Key Highlights: 1. Achievement of sales targets PROF is currently recruiting a Sales Assistant / Salesperson for its store at Mar Shopping, on a Full-Time basis (40 hours/week), with immediate availability. Required Profile: * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in fashion retail; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and customer orientation; * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; * Good user-level computer skills; Main Responsibilities: * Providing personalized customer service; * Supporting operational tasks: receiving, checking, and organizing merchandise; * Ensuring proper presentation and organization of the commercial space and warehouse; * Achieving individual and store-level sales targets.
