




Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and dynamic professional to manage, advise, and acquire individual and corporate clients in the insurance sector. Key Highlights: 1. Management and retention of the existing client portfolio We are looking for a communicative, dynamic, and strongly commercially oriented professional to join our team. The main focus will be on managing, advising, and acquiring individual and corporate clients, helping families protect what they value most (Health, Auto, Home, Life) through a close, trustworthy service. Main Responsibilities: Providing service, advice, and consultative insurance sales to individual clients; Proactively prospecting new business opportunities and following up on received leads; Analyzing client needs and preparing competitive simulations/proposals; Managing, retaining, and fostering loyalty among the existing client portfolio (identifying cross-selling opportunities). Desired Profile: Previous experience in insurance sales or commercial roles (valued); Education/Certification recognized by ASF (preferred); Excellent communication, empathy, and argumentation skills; Enjoyment of public interaction and strong goal orientation; Proficiency in end-user computer tools; Driver's license (valued).
