If you are passionate about delivering memorable gastronomic experiences and possess exceptional Mediterranean cooking techniques, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! **The Role:** * Prepare, cook, and plate all dishes according to technical sheets and established standards; * Monitor stock levels, receive goods, store items, and ensure proper product management; * Collaborate on cost management, waste control, and operational efficiency; * Ensure *mise en place* for service; * Use equipment, utensils, and raw materials correctly, and guarantee their cleaning and maintenance; * Train and integrate new team members; * Maintain an organized, safe, and collaborative work environment; * Keep work areas clean and tidy; * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). **What We Are Looking For:** * Prior experience; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Team leadership, service planning, and organizational abilities; * Solid knowledge of technical sheets, waste management, and cost control; * Experience in stock management, inventory, and ordering; * Team spirit and ability to motivate colleagues; * Sense of commitment and attention to detail; * Availability for a long-term project; * Identification document (Citizen Card or Residence Permit), Tax Identification Number, and Social Security Number; **What We Offer:** * Full-time position with rotating shifts; * Consecutive working hours; * Two weekly days off (consecutive); * Holiday and Christmas allowances; * Free meals at the workplace; * Annual financial bonus; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Career progression opportunities.
