Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainer for Huild Academy to plan and develop innovative learning processes and provide individual mentoring to trainees. Key Highlights: 1. Whether enhancing technical, executive, or interpersonal skills, at Huild Academy we commit to transforming potential into reality. **Huild Academy**: Empowering talent, accelerating the future. **What are the responsibilities?** * Plan, prepare, and develop course manuals and supporting documentation, as well as ensure administrative procedures throughout the training delivery; * Deliver the learning process, maintaining communication and motivation, while managing time and required resources; * Provide individual mentoring to trainees, offering guidance and support to help them overcome challenges; * Maintain a stimulating and motivating learning environment, recognizing trainees’ efforts; * Participate in various stages of training evaluation, including diagnostic assessment, learning assessment, and satisfaction assessment. **What do we consider essential for this important role?** Above all, Attitude! **Additionally:** * Academic or complementary education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or other relevant fields (mandatory); * Pedagogical experience in the field and in developing related topics (mandatory); * Pedagogical Competence Certificate or equivalent (mandatory); * E-Trainer course (preferred); * Experience in distance learning (preferred). **If you are interested, we invite you to visit our website to understand our DNA at **huild.pt****.
