Integration into a stable company and a collaborative professional environment **About the Company** The EFAFLU ENERGY, SA is a 100% Portuguese company specializing in the manufacturing of oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, and is looking to strengthen its team with a **Commercial and Purchasing Backoffice Assistant.** **Scope of Work** * Administrative support to purchasing, sales, and operations departments * Document management and backoffice support **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Support administrative processes related to purchasing and sales * Manage documentation, purchase orders, and administrative filing * Communicate with suppliers and customers * Assist in issuing and tracking quotations and purchase orders * Provide support to commercial, production, and logistics teams * Ensure timely updating and organization of administrative information **Candidate Profile** * Experience in administrative or backoffice roles (preferred) * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools * Sense of responsibility and attention to detail * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of English is an advantage **What We Offer** * Integration into a stable company * A technically oriented and collaborative professional environment * A competitive salary package aligned with experience and demonstrated profile
