YOUR ROLE* Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team, ensuring best practices and high‑quality standards. * Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in on‑premise and/or hybrid environments. * Develop, optimize, and monitor ETL processes. * Integrate multiple data sources: SQL, Oracle, MySQL, IBM Informix, among others. * Develop data solutions using Python, delivering reliable data models and reports. * Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all solutions. YOUR PROFILE* 5\+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, including work in on‑premise environments. * Strong Python skills and hands‑on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, NiFi, SSIS). * Experience with relational databases; NoSQL knowledge is a plus. * Proven ability to design data models and support reporting requirements. * Experience leading or mentoring technical teams. * Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Excellent communication skills and a strong results‑driven mindset.
