**Supervisor/a TMB** **Job Description:** Coordinate one or more teams and their work, adjusting and controlling the production process through direct interaction and/or monitoring equipment of the facilities; provide support regarding operation, use, movement and/or transportation of the equipment operated; ensure proper coordination between maintenance, operational, and emergency teams; record and report incidents related to the activities performed. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * 12th grade/Degree in Engineering or similar; * Experience in production, preferably in process control; * Knowledge of planning and organizational tools; * Operations Management; * Rotating Shifts; * Organizational Commitment and Compliance; * Proficiency in MS Office; * Leadership; * Results orientation.
