Job Summary: Professional responsible for defining and implementing production techniques, designing and developing production execution elements, in accordance with the quality standards and ethics of the Casais Group. Key Highlights: 1. Definition and implementation of production techniques. 2. Monitoring construction progress and performing necessary revisions. 3. Construction of BIM models and virtual simulations. Location: PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the definition and implementation of production techniques used for the design, development, and preparation of production execution elements of the Casais Group, in compliance with the Group's defined quality standards and norms, and acting in accordance with the Group’s ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Prepare and draft support drawings for design and construction using CAD software, in accordance with the project and the executed topographic survey; 2\) Verify potential architectural, structural, and specialty incompatibilities at interfaces between project elements, and distribute drawings to the respective construction management team, ensuring their understanding by providing technical support and clarifying any doubts; 3\) Monitor construction progress, verify compliance with technical specifications, perform necessary revisions, and supply requested drawing elements to various departments through verification, updating, and correction of the project dossier, ensuring documentary control of described components, incorporating changes and organizing drawings according to different project phases; 4\) Digitize and classify project documents within the digital process management system (e.g., Procore or other), and train the construction team on its use; 5\) Prepare supporting documentation for the Construction Management Office to compile consultation dossiers for subcontracting; 6\) Build BIM models—of project sections or the entire project—as appropriate, including rendering and virtual simulations, to ensure detection of incompatibilities and improved on-site communication; 7\) Participate in developing the Strategic Execution Plan and the Strategic Operational Plan; 8\) Monitor and inspect Quality and Safety processes, ensuring adherence to the Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System principles and procedures. **Requirements** -------------- * Management Experience (in years): No prior experience required * Professional Experience (in years): 3 to 5 years * English - Intermediate **Education** ------------ * Education Level: Level 6 - Higher Education (Bachelor's Degree) * Preferred Field of Study: Architecture; Engineering; or similar; **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Order of Engineers * Order of Architects **At Casais Group, we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Support Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development; * Future Vision: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Partnership Agreements; * Safety Culture.
