Job Summary: Ensure the definition and implementation of production techniques for the project, development, and preparation of execution elements, in accordance with quality standards and ethics. BIM model development and participation in strategic planning Location: PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the definition and implementation of production techniques used for the project, development, and preparation of execution elements for Casais Group’s production, in compliance with the Group’s defined quality standards and norms, and acting in accordance with the Group’s ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1) Prepare and draft technical drawings supporting the project and construction, using computer-aided design software, in accordance with the project specifications and topographic survey conducted; 2) Identify potential incompatibilities among architecture, structure, and specialties at interfaces between project components, and distribute drawings to the respective construction management team, ensuring their understanding by providing technical support and clarifying any doubts; 3) Monitor construction progress, verify compliance with technical specifications, perform necessary revisions, provide requested drawings to various departments through verification, updating, and correction of the project dossier, manage documentation control of described items, incorporate changes, and organize drawings by different project phases; 4) Digitize and classify project documents in the digital process management system (e.g., Procore or other), and train the construction team on its use; 5) Prepare supporting documentation for the Site Management Office to compile tender dossiers for subcontracting; 6) Develop BIM models—either of parts of the project or the entire project—as appropriate, including rendering and virtual simulations, to ensure detection of incompatibilities and enhance on-site communication; 7) Participate in the development of the strategic execution plan and the strategic operational plan; 8) Monitor and inspect Quality and Safety processes, ensuring adherence to the principles and procedures of the Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System. **Requirements** -------------- * Technical, vocational, or higher education in Drawing, Preparation, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field * Geographic availability for the northern region of the country * English – Intermediate **At Casais Group, we guarantee that our team members enjoy:** * Employee Assistance Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development; * Vision for the Future: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Partnership Agreements; * Safety Culture.
