About the Role We are looking for a Lead .NET Fullstack Developer with a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions. The role includes leading fullstack development initiatives, defining modern architectures based on .NET and web technologies, and mentoring technical teams focused on excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core and modern UI frameworks. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the programming team, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures and microservices-based solutions. * Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend. * Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms to develop content-oriented solutions. * Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and scalability. * Apply DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions to automate builds and deployments. * Stay up to date with emerging technologies and promote continuous improvement within the team. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a C# .NET developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core). * Practical experience with Optimizely CMS or equivalent DXP platforms. * Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL. * Solid knowledge of developing and consuming REST APIs. * Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Next.js. * Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams. * Practical knowledge of DevOps, including GitHub workflows and actions. * Experience with scalable architectures and microservices. * English level B2 or higher. * Availability for a hybrid model (2 days per week onsite in Lisbon).
