Our mission is to change the paradigm of national consulting through the concept of **FairSourcing** \- our key differentiator \- which reflects our values: transparency, trust, and fair relationships, both with clients and colleagues. **VDI System Engineer (m/f)** We are looking for a **VDI System Engineer** to join a critical operations project focused on managing and evolving a large-scale virtual desktop infrastructure (Omnissa / VMware Horizon) supporting call center environments. **What We Are Looking For:** * 2\-3 years of experience with **Omnissa / VMware Horizon** or VMware EUC technologies; * Experience in **VDI or large-scale desktop virtualization environments**; * Experience managing infrastructures comprising thousands of virtual desktops; * Solid knowledge of **Microsoft system administration**; * Strong understanding of server infrastructures and troubleshooting; * Experience in environments distributed across multiple data centers; * Ability to operate in critical environments with a strong sense of responsibility. **We Value:** * Experience in call center or end\-user computing environments; * Knowledge of VDI performance tuning and capacity planning; * Experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation; * Knowledge of incident and problem management in enterprise contexts. **Your Responsibilities:** * Administer and support the **VDI platform (Omnissa / VMware Horizon)**; * Ensure stability, performance, and availability of virtual desktops; * Monitor and optimize distributed servers and infrastructure; * Diagnose incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements; * Support **Microsoft systems** and platform components; * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational continuity; * Contribute to continuous improvements, security, and infrastructure best practices. **What We Offer:** * Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Opportunities for continuous training; * Health insurance including dental coverage; * 22 vacation days \+ birthday leave; * Hybrid work arrangement (2 fixed on-site days per week: Monday and Tuesday – Lisbon).
