We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a pharmaceutical company aiming to strengthen its team. **Responsibilities** * Detect and repair mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and control system faults at the production facility (Production Area and Infrastructure); * Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance; * Monitor execution of prepared work orders (OT) and submit proper reports in SAP PM; * Ensure organization of the maintenance warehouse and workshop; * Recognize and operate electrical, control, and automation equipment; * Support departmental projects from electronics and automation perspectives; * Interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics; * Maintain and preserve machines and tools at the production facility in good condition; * Interpret and diagnose potential faults and their root causes. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment; * Prior experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical or food industry (preferred); * Proficiency in SAP PM; * Communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work in teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; * Analytical capabilities for problem-solving and root cause identification; * Results-oriented; * Strong adaptability and flexibility in a competitive environment; * Availability to work rotating shifts and/or continuous operation; * Shifts: 07:30\-16:00; 15:30\-00:00; 23:30\-08:00 (Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off) **Note:** Due to the expected high volume of applications, it will not be operationally feasible to provide feedback to all candidates.
