We are looking for a Supervisor of Operations with leadership spirit, organizational skills, and a results-oriented focus. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating, managing, and organizing receiving, picking, stocking, and loading activities; - Monitoring the flow of goods (incoming and outgoing); - Managing, supervising, and verifying the operation of machinery and material handling equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; - Handling incidents; - Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of the warehouse and compliance with established and current company procedures; - Delivering goods at their destination, if required; - Coordinating the warehouse team; - Performing administrative tasks related to team management and customer documentation. What you must provide: - Completion of secondary education (12th grade); - Previous experience in similar roles; - Experience in route planning and geographical knowledge; - Experience as a Traffic Operator/Manager (preferred); - Personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace (mandatory); - Valid driver’s license (mandatory); - Availability to work from 06:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday. What we offer: - Base salary: 955,64 €; - Meal allowance: 6,50 €; - Flexible working hours exemption: 178,64 €; - Transportation allowance: 40 €.
