Key Responsibilities * Prepare, cook, and plate meals according to the hotel's quality standards. * Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation of served dishes. * Coordinate and support other members of the kitchen team. * Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * Ensure proper storage and preservation of food products. * Participate in stock management and waste control. * Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen. Required Profile * Proven experience as a First-Cook, preferably in the hospitality industry. * Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities. * Sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
