You will be responsible for monitoring performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing actions to reduce waste, costs, and variability. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments — Production, Maintenance, Planning, Quality, and Continuous Improvement — supporting the resolution of technical issues and participating in investment projects, layout changes, or the introduction of new processes and products.
