Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Posting: Machining Department Head FUNDILUSA FUNDIÇÕES PORTUGUESAS, LDA, a company specialized in copper and its alloys casting, as well as stainless steel casting, located at the Campos Industrial Park in Vila Nova de Cerveira, is currently recruiting a Certified Accountant to strengthen its team. Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of the machining section. * Production planning and monitoring, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Team management of operators and task assignment. * Programming, setup, and monitoring of CNC machines and machining equipment. * Quality control of produced parts. * Ensuring proper operation and basic maintenance of equipment. * Optimization of production processes and continuous improvement. * Compliance with safety and workplace organization regulations. * Coordination with production, quality, and engineering departments. Requirements: • Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related field. * Professional experience in machining and team coordination roles. * Knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Familiarity with measurement tools and dimensional control. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership. * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. * Team spirit and good communication skills.
