Continuous training plan for professional and personal development Website METALOGALVA **METALOGALVA***METALOGALVA* **Metalogalva**, a company of the **VigentGroup**, active in the design and manufacturing of metal structures applied across various sectors—including energy, telecommunications, and road infrastructure—seeks to recruit a **Management Controller** (M/F) for its headquarters located in Trofa. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of periodic operational activity reports to support strategic decision-making; * Support in preparing the annual budget and variance analysis; * Development of business plans; * Design and implementation of management and performance control models; * Collection and analysis of management information; * Development of management-support information systems. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management / Economics / Accounting / Industrial Engineering Management; * 2–3 years of professional experience in *controlling* roles within industrial companies or management consulting firms; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP; * Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI,…); * Advanced English language user; * Strong analytical skills and critical thinking; * High sense of responsibility, organization, and accuracy; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills; **We Offer:** * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a challenging organizational environment, within a dynamic team engaged in innovative projects; * A continuous training plan supporting both professional and personal development.
