We are now seeking to strengthen our Technical Department team with a Product Development Engineer. **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in an industrial environment; * Knowledge of technical drawing analysis; * Language skills (English mandatory; Spanish preferred); * Proficiency in MS Office tools; * General knowledge of 3D design software (Inventor or similar); * Knowledge of refrigeration systems / heat transfer / thermodynamics; * Ability to interpret, conduct, and perform tests. **Main Responsibilities of the Selected Candidate:** * Develop and monitor ongoing projects; * Prepare all types of technical documentation and test reports (electrical, energy, functional, and product suitability tests); * Oversee the product certification process (CE Marking, product homologation/certification); * Support the creation of product structures and coding; * Assist in preparing product technical drawings; * Monitor the preparation of product technical dossiers; * Monitor production and prototype development; * Provide technical support to the Sales and Quality departments in handling customer complaints; * Provide technical assistance to Production and After-Sales services; * Plan and track projects according to established schedules; * Collaborate with supporting departments involved in project development; * Actively contribute to continuous product improvement, cost reduction, and increased company productivity.
