The **O\&M and Service Technician** is knowledgeable, versatile, and possesses multiple skills in diagnosing and solving problems, maintaining and operating power generation plants, particularly photovoltaic ones. **Responsibilities:** * The O\&M Technician will be part of the team performing maintenance operations and technical support to achieve safe and profitable operation and maintenance of the installation under supervision. * Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, control systems, and reporting issues. * Operating the installation during commissioning, startup, shutdown, normal and emergency conditions, in accordance with operational procedures and instructions. * An organized individual who ensures strict compliance with all regulatory safety, environmental requirements, and best practices in this market segment. This position will require mandatory scheduled and unscheduled travel within mainland Portugal. * This role requires a highly flexible individual capable of becoming versatile and working effectively within a team environment. **Profile:** * Minimum of two years of direct experience in the energy sector and renewable energy power generation facilities.
