Main Responsibility Promoting and representing a leading brand in the financial sector via telephone contact. Your key responsibilities Making telephone calls to potential customers; Promoting and selling products/services clearly, professionally, and effectively; Informing and clarifying customers about the benefits of the solutions offered; Accurately recording all contacts in the system (CTI); Monitoring and following up on completed contacts, ensuring adherence to deadlines and predefined objectives; Performing sales follow-up and reporting daily activity results.
