Role Mission: Ensure the analysis, development, implementation, and support of PHC-based solutions aligned with customers' business needs. Key Responsibilities: \- Perform diagnostic, planning, development, and implementation tasks for PHC customizations; \- Analyze, develop, and implement solutions based on PHC management software; \- Understand the business and customer needs through analysis of existing organizational processes and functions; \- Diagnose and resolve issues related to customers' information systems; \- Ensure system reliability maintenance after implemented customizations; \- Requirements analysis, system configuration, and end-user training; \- Network and system administration.
