With broader action and higher added value, our services for managing and maintaining our Clients' physical assets throughout their lifecycle include solutions to optimize operational performance, cost efficiency, as well as energy, water, and carbon efficiency. **Job Description:** The candidate should be able to plan, direct, and monitor operational activities in the *Facility Management* contract(s) under their responsibility, particularly engineering services, facility/equipment management and maintenance, and leading a multidisciplinary technical team. The candidate must also provide close and continuous support to the *Client*, following established guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and promoting client satisfaction and retention. **Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory); * Registration with the Order of Engineers or the Order of Technical Engineers (preferable); * Registration with DGEG \- Directorate General for Energy and Geology (preferable); * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in *Facility Management* contract management; * Solid knowledge of maintenance *software*; * Proficiency in *Microsoft Office* tools; * Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability; * Networking and *Client* focus; * Initiative and proactivity; * Autonomy and rigor in work planning and organization; * Leadership and team management skills; * Availability for mobility in the Northern region of the country; **(\*)** * Valid driver's license for light vehicles (mandatory). **(\*)** A company vehicle will be provided for all professional trips related to the Project. **We Offer:** * Specialized support during the *onboarding* process; * Opportunities for professional learning and training; * Integration into a business group with strong national and international recognition. **Location:** Northern region of the country.
