As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing insightful and interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI and a proven track record in leading technical teams. You will be responsible for taking requirements directly from the business, and ensuring a holistic understanding of the entire data pipeline, from data preparation to consumption. External missions * Translate requirements from the business stakeholders and transform them into technical ones * Prototype, design and develop Power BI Reports * Understand the data pipeline associated and the requested data preparation tasks * Implement security in reports/dashboards * Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance * Build and modify tables, views and optimize SQL queries/indexes * Guide junior members of the team * Ensure Agile best practices are followed Skills required * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of hands\-on experience in Power BI development. * Proven experience leading technical teams in report and dashboard development. * Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and report optimization in Power BI. * Proficiency in DAX, M, and other relevant Power BI languages. * Experience with data preparation and transformation using Power Query. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.
