This position represents an opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders and undertake different responsibilities, including solution design, functional and technical analysis, and development. **As a part of your job, you will:** * Analyze, design, build, and test Integration solutions based on business requirements; * Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project; * Identify risks and impact on the project solution; * Ensure the best practices in software design and development * Leading and coaching junior team members. * Report to the management team. **What are we looking for?** * Knowledge of the Telco Industry (BSS/OSS); * \+2 years of experience involved in integration projects (TIBCO); * Hands\-on experience with the entire software lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment procedures). **Personal traits** * Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients; * Teamwork skills, but also a sense of autonomy; * Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included; * Willingness to collaborate with other players; * Strong communication skills.
