**Your key responsibilities will include:**
* Developing wireless communication solutions integrated into electronic systems;
* Defining and implementing RF architectures for wireless communications (BLE, Wi-Fi, Sub-GHz, LTE/5G, IoT);
* Specifying, selecting, and validating RF components (transceivers, PAs, LNAs, filters, switches, antennas);
* Simulating and analyzing RF circuits (gain, noise, linearity, matching);
* Developing and reviewing PCB layouts with a focus on RF design best practices;
* Integrating RF solutions with digital hardware, firmware, and other electronic subsystems;
* Performing RF laboratory tests and measurements (power, sensitivity, EVM, spectrum, S-parameters);
* Analyzing and mitigating interference, EMI/EMC, and wireless coexistence issues;
* Validating wireless communication performance in real-world environments;
* Ensuring compliance with standards and certifications (CE, FCC, ETSI, RED);
* Producing technical documentation, test reports, and specifications;
* Supporting industrialization, production, and troubleshooting processes.
**Profile and Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field;
* Solid knowledge of analog electronics, RF, and wireless communications;
* Experience with wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, NB-IoT, LTE, 5G, among others);
* Experience in RF PCB design and validation;
* Knowledge of antennas, propagation, and matching techniques;
* Experience in antenna sizing, as well as knowledge of antenna design and simulation (preferred);
* Ability to analyze radio-frequency signals and knowledge of signal modulation techniques;
* Proficiency with RF test equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator);
* Familiarity with RF, EMC standards, and spectrum regulation;
* Experience with CAD and simulation tools (ADS, HFSS, Altium, KiCad, CST);
* Knowledge of RF-related firmware and communication protocols (preferred);
* Knowledge of scripting or test automation (Python, MATLAB).
