We are currently recruiting a **CNC OPERATOR** for a **Carpentry workshop in Amarante (Porto)**. **Job Description:** The professional will join the production department and be responsible for operating wood CNC machines, ensuring accurate cutting and machining of wooden parts. **Responsibilities:** * Operate wood-specific CNC machines; * Perform cutting and machining of wooden parts according to predefined programs; * Assist in material preparation and organization; * Conduct basic quality control of produced parts; * Support the team across various production processes; * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Experience in the Woodworking/Carpentry field (preferred); * Prior experience operating wood-cutting machines; * Important: Specific knowledge of wood CNC machining, recognizing that processes differ from those used for metal or plastic CNC; * Physical stamina and absence of respiratory issues; **Important Note:** Junior profiles will be considered if they hold formal education in woodworking and/or civil construction; **We Offer:** * Integration into a stable and experienced team; * Compensation commensurate with experience and performance; * Right to take Birthday Leave; * Professional stability.
