Your Responsibilities - Participate in different stages of the production process, from raw material receipt to order preparation; - Operate production equipment and ensure proper functioning of production lines; - Perform tasks in areas such as weighing, mixing, filling, labeling, and shipping; - Ensure product quality and compliance according to internal procedures; - Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards at all work stages; - Collaborate as part of a team to enhance process efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Requirements - Minimum education: 9th grade; - Industrial experience is valued, including in civil construction, military forces, or technical training centers; - Ability to understand, speak, and read Portuguese; - Basic knowledge of safety and operation of industrial machinery; - Physical stamina for lifting loads; - Availability to work either from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 17:00 to 02:00. - Attendance, punctuality, and commitment.
