With an aggressive plan to expand internationally, through current and new business models, we are seeking to strengthen our commercial team for international markets, recruiting for SALES DEVELOPER (M/F) position to work in Rebordosa, Porto. Main Responsabilities: * Prospect new clients; * Establish new business; * Demonstrate and present products and services; * Manage leads and identify business opportunities; * Maintain accurate records on CRM; * Manage, organize, and update company/customer data on an ongoing basis * Review sales performance; * Work towards monthly or annual targets; * Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings; * Meet with clients virtually or during on\-site sales visits; Minimum requirements: * Experienced in the use of CRM, including Activity Planning; * Experience in B2B sales and customer management; * Self\-motivated and driven by targets; * Resilience; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills – including both verbal and written; * Fluency in Russian; * Fluency in English or Portuguese; * The ability to influence and negotiate with others; * Commercial awareness; * IT literate with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook; * Numerical skills.
