Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong interest in AI for software testing, proficiency in Python, experience with Linux and root cause analysis, focused on backend or middleware applications—preferably banking-related. What We Are Looking For? * Strong interest in AI and machine learning for software testing; * Experience with AI testing tools, such as automated test generation and anomaly detection; * Proficiency in test automation tools (especially Python) and understanding of the software development lifecycle; * Analytical skills to interpret AI results and refine testing strategies; * Experience with the Linux operating system: proficiency in navigating and operating Linux environments, including executing shell commands, managing files and processes, monitoring system performance, and resolving common issues. Comfortable with scripting and automation tasks to support testing and integration activities; * Experience with root cause analysis: ability to systematically investigate and identify underlying causes of system defects or failures. Capability to use diagnostic tools, analyze logs, and collaborate with development teams to efficiently resolve complex technical issues and prevent recurrence; * Minimum three years of experience in testing backend or middleware applications, preferably in banking or brokerage systems; * Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences; * Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn; * English proficiency; French is a plus.
