Continuous training and professional development PLASTROFA – Plásticos da Trofa, S.A., located in the Porto district, is a company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of flexible plastic packaging, and is currently recruiting an **IT Technician (M/F).** **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical support to users (hardware and software); * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment; * Support in database management and maintenance (SQL); * Development and maintenance of small applications and scripts; * Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues; * Collaboration on internal system improvement projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; * Up to 3 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of hardware and software; * Basic knowledge of SQL and database management; * Programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, or similar); * Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively in a team; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a stable and growing company with a young and dynamic team; * Continuous training and professional development.
