Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team, responsible for efficient supply planning and optimization of the distribution chain. We are looking for a talented and motivated Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for efficient supply planning, ensuring product availability across the distribution chain. **Mission:** Ensure efficient product supply by balancing availability and costs, and guaranteeing an optimized flow of goods. **What your day\-a\-day work will look like...** * Manage the placement of purchase orders for replenishment of central warehouses and stores; * Plan deliveries based on warehouse capacity and stock requirements; * Define and adjust safety stock levels and replenishment policies; * Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries; * Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and costs; * Evaluate and optimize supply flows to minimize stockouts; * Prepare reports on supplier service levels and propose improvements; * Participate in the S\&OP process. **What we value in your profile...** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or related field; * Experience in supply planning or similar roles; * Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and replenishment systems (preferred); * Fluency in English and/or French (preferred); * Problem-solving ability and priority management skills; * Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
