Excellent working environment Second/Third Chef for a Prestigious Hotel in the Center of Porto We are looking for a **Second/Third Chef** to join the kitchen team of a leading hotel located in the center of Porto. We seek professionals who are responsible, organized, and passionate about gastronomy, and who value teamwork and excellence in food preparation and presentation. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook food according to technical specifications and defined standards; * Support the Head Chef and other kitchen team members in service preparation; * Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and preservation; * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP); * Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked kitchen; * Assist in goods receipt and inventory control. We seek professionals with: * Prior experience as a Second/Third Chef; * Formal training in Culinary Arts/Bakery & Pastry (preferred); * Knowledge of HACCP; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
