Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with solid experience in IT project management and as a Scrum Master to join Glint Next, focusing on Agile methodologies and delivery optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Lead IT projects with a focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) 2. Optimize deliveries and maximize value for stakeholders 3. We are recognized experts in technology services—including custom application development, low\-code and integration, data and AI, and whatever comes next. **Profile and Competencies** * Solid experience in **IT project management**, across multiple contexts and project types * Proven experience as a **Scrum Master** * In-depth knowledge of **Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** * Experience with project management tools such as **Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar** * Strong **communication, leadership, and influence** capabilities * Excellent **planning and organizational skills** (estimation, schedule definition and control) **Project Management** * Define, plan, and manage the project (**scope, timeline, budget**) * Ensure timely, high-quality deliveries within cost control * Monitor progress and analyze **performance metrics** * Identify and manage **risks, impediments, and dependencies** **Agile \& Scrum** * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) * Promote adoption of Agile best practices and continuous improvement * Remove impediments and support the team in resolving obstacles * Maximize value delivery to stakeholders * Support backlog management **Others** * Open to candidates located anywhere in Portugal **Who Are We?** We are Glintt Global, a leading Iberian Peninsula-based consultancy and technology services company with over 30 years of experience.
