Job Summary: The IT Technician will be responsible for equipment refurbishment, network implementation, and server management, ensuring technical quality and professional customer support. On-site and remote technical support to customers The IT Technician will be responsible for refurbishing computer equipment and peripherals, implementing corporate networks, and managing Microsoft/Linux servers. This position ensures technical product quality and professional customer support for DANOVIC Enterprise. * Diagnose, repair, and refurbish computers, laptops, peripherals, and servers. * Install, configure, and optimize Microsoft Windows and Linux systems. * Configure corporate networks (routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, Wi\-Fi). * Implement and manage Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization servers (Proxmox, Hyper\-V, VMware). * Perform backups, hardening, monitoring, and preventive maintenance. * Document technical interventions and inventory. * Provide on-site and remote technical support. * Identify commercial opportunities during interventions. * Participate in internal trainings and technical demonstrations.
