Job Summary: The dstgroup is seeking a professional to implement and monitor the Quality Management System on site, prepare technical documentation, and conduct internal and external audits. Attentive to market demands, it has progressively expanded its activities into business areas synergistic with its core operations—namely Environment, Renewable Energy, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Ventures—integrating competencies across its various companies to enable complementary operations; this induced diversification opens new avenues for its *core* business. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) on site in accordance with ISO 9001; * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (Quality Plans, Procedures, Records); * Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits; * Monitor and control work execution, ensuring compliance with defined requirements; * Identify non-conformities and propose and follow up on corrective and preventive actions; * Promote quality best practices through training and awareness initiatives for on-site teams; * Participate in quality meetings with the Client or supervisory authorities. **Profile** * Higher education degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environment, or related field; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, document management software); * Willingness to travel nationwide; * Sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving attitude; * Knowledge of occupational health and safety is considered an advantage. * Valid driver's license for light vehicles (mandatory); **Required Competencies:** * Ability to adapt easily to high-pressure environments; * Teamwork capability. * Resilience; **Conditions:** * Remuneration commensurate with proven experience; * Continuous training; * Health insurance and other social benefits.
