Your main task will be to ensure weekly campaigns run smoothly, promote the best sales attitude, and create a positive, high-energy environment where your team can thrive. Aligned with JYSK's leadership values, you will support the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and training the team on the sales floor. You will train your colleagues in customer-first mindset, identifying customer needs, and performing upselling.
