We are looking for a **Procurement Technician** for our **Procurement Department in Maia.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage master data in the system, ensuring creation, updating, and maintenance of supplier and raw material records; * Liaise with suppliers regarding financial and billing matters, ensuring follow-up and resolution of irregularities; * Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies identified in the system, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure correct invoice processing; * Manage the office supplies procurement process, ensuring availability of materials required for company operations; * Create, update, and optimize procedures and work instructions related to job activities. **PROFILE** * Academic background preferably in Economics, Engineering, Management, or Accounting; * Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint); * English language skills: good comprehension, writing, and speaking ability; * Strong sense of initiative; * Ability to question established processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Organizational, planning, and priority management skills; * Results-oriented and proactive.
