We are looking for a **Procurement Controller** for our **Procurement department in Maia.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support *Procurement to Supply Chain* processes (e.g., analysis of contractual coverage and interaction with various responsible parties) * Critically analyze interdepartmental processes and present improvement suggestions * Prepare analyses related to internal customer orders (commercial control team, management control, finance) * Ensure raw material price updates and support pricing construction tools * Develop and monitor monthly KPIs * Support internal department activities (e.g., preparation of team meetings, tender files) * Create and automate decision-support reports using QlikSense **PROFILE** * Academic background in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar field; * Minimum of 1 to 2 years in similar roles or analytics (preferable); * Good command of English (spoken and written - mandatory); * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) and knowledge of QlikSense (preferable); * SAP knowledge (preferable); * Analytical rigor, curiosity, and ability to transform complex data into clear and strategic information; * Proactivity, teamwork spirit, results orientation, and continuous improvement mindset; * Strong communication skills across different organizational areas and profiles.
