This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, diagnosing and resolving technical failures, as well as ensuring operational efficiency of facilities. **The professional will be responsible for:** * Performing repairs and technical interventions on industrial equipment; * Conducting continuous equipment monitoring and proposing improvements in maintenance processes; * Collaborating with production and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a full-time position requiring daily presence at the facility. **Profile and Qualifications:** * Proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance; * Strong skills in technical problem diagnosis and resolution (troubleshooting); * Knowledge of preventive maintenance and good equipment maintenance practices; * Technical education in industrial maintenance-related fields (electromechanics, mechatronics or similar) will be valued; * Experience in demanding industrial environments is an advantage; * Teamwork ability, deadline adherence, and proactivity are essential qualities; * Knowledge of industrial robotics and machine vision systems is valued.
