Currently, Tintas 2000 Factory is recruiting an Automatic Color Matching Operator to join its team at the Maia Industrial Zone. **Responsibilities** * Perform operations associated with the color matching and product preparation process; * Operate equipment and ensure its proper functioning; * Ensure compliance with operational and quality procedures; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic maintenance of equipment and the work area; * Collaborate with various production areas and Technical Management as required; * Comply with safety regulations and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Minimum education level: 12th grade; * Industrial environment experience (preferred); * User-level computer skills; * Good color perception and attention to detail; * Physical robustness suitable for job demands; * Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and proactivity; * Organizational ability and teamwork skills; * Immediate availability. **Offer** * Full-time employment; * Integration into a dynamic and specialized team; * Continuous professional training; * Favorable working conditions; * Participation in Social and Environmental Responsibility initiatives; * Integration into a growing and expanding corporate group.
